Episode Four: Trippy Italy

Human Azed presents stand-up comedians and all around clowns of the highest order, Sandra Battaglini and Phil Luzi, who take up the challenge thrown down by the psychedelic brain-melters in Moonwood.

But don’t get too excited D&D nerds. Moonwood doesn’t refer to the fabled forest so named by the Elvish peoples, abutting the dwarven stronghold of Mithral Hall and haunted by the lycanthropes of the People of the Black Blood. They’re actually a band whose name is entirely unrelated. So put down the polyhedral dice and check out their bandcamp page.

Sandra Battaglini and Phil Luzi have been a potent comedic duo on the Toronto scene for many years now. They are often accused of sharing a brain and then using said brain for comedic purposes. Their films include Chinatown and The Butcher and the Baker and they regularly do live stand-up all over the city.
